This first aid training course is our most popular course for low-risk workplaces. This first aid course is designed for people who have limited time and do not need to know about more advanced topics covered in Comprehensive First Aid such as treating head and spinal injuries. This one-day classroom based first aid course prepares you for responding to the most common emergencies and accidents.
This 8-hour first aid training course teaches you to provide resuscitation and deal with emergencies for low-risk workplaces. It develops the confidence and ability to save a life and minimise injury in an emergency or accident. Please note if you work in a high-risk workplace, then we recommend booking a Comprehensive First Aid course, where you’ll cover more advanced topics such as treating head and spinal injuries. This first aid course allows you to acquire the following NZQA Unit Standards: 6402 and 6401.
